PACER: CM/ECF upgrades will cause October outages
They announce "Many district and bankruptcy CM/ECF systems will be down at some point in October to upgrade to new versions of CM/ECF. Bankruptcy courts will be upgrading to version 2.7 which contains changes associated with the new Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. District courts will be upgrading to version 2.5 if they have not already done so. Check local court websites for specific information.
