New Hampshire: State court public records still not online, and now court fees? You can't get court records online from state courts, but clerks will search the "catalogue," for a fee: $10 for computer searches of fewer than 10 names, and $25 an hour for more names or more extensive searches in the superior and district courts.
On Wednesday, the state
Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Rules will consider exempting the media from the docket search fees. Court officials say the fees were aimed at large search requests by businesses, not the media or the general public.
