This system provides past, present and future case information for New York State Civil Supreme Courts. WebCivil provides online access to information about cases in Civil Supreme Court in all 62 counties of New York State. You may search for cases by Index Number or the name of the Plaintiff or Defendant, look up cases by Attorney/Firm name, and view Calendars for each court.
Case Search - Find all New York State Civil Supreme Court cases by index number, party and firm name.
Court Calendar Search - Find calendar information by county, justice and part.
Attorney/Firm Calendar Search - Find calendar information for an attorney or firm.
Document Search - Find published decisions by index number and county.FBEM
Electronic Filing for certain types of civil actions in certain locations. In additional to ECF, the public can also use it to retrieve filed documents.SCROLL
Access to a "virtual" file of civil cases in Supreme Court, including pleadings, preliminary conference and other case-management orders, requests for judicial intervention, notes of issue, orders to show cause and notices of motion. (Due to volume, affidavits, exhibits and other supporting motion papers will not be scanned.) In addition to the online "virtual" case file, access will be provided simultaneously to case activity information, such as a record of all court appearances and the date of filing of all papers with the County Clerk.CaseTrac
A case tracking service that, among other things, sends an e-mail if anything changes in the case(s) the user has selected. Hooked directly into the court's computer systems, when a clerk in any of 62 civil Supreme Courts throughout the state enters almost anything into the court's computer, within hours the user receives that information in an e-mail. Provides online access to criminal cases with future appearance dates in all criminal courts in New York City and Nassau and Suffolk Counties, the County Courts in the Ninth Judicial District (which includes Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Dutchess Counties), the County Court in Erie County, and the Buffalo City Court. Also displays universal summons case information for the five counties of New York City.
