More U.S. Appellate Courts Now Providing CM/ECF Pacer Access
When fully implemented, CM/ECF (with a Pacer account) provides the public access to court case docket sheets and filings, allows attorneys to file electronically, court clerks to enter docket entries, and enables electronic noticing. Now added to the growing collection of federal appellate courts providing online access using CM/ECF are the 7th, D.C., and Veteran Claims courts. Other U.S. appellate courts already up and running on this system include: The 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, and 10th circuit courts.
